Pot Poker Terms

Receive one Ace Weidman’s playing card with your order of $50+ when you purchase 1 or more Ace Weidman’s products through March, while supplies last. All prizes for making a “hand” must be redeemed by 4/30. Once you make a “hand”, bring your cards in on your next visit to redeem your prize. Prizes must be redeemed on a separate visit – not allowed to be redeemed the same day as receiving the Ace Weidman’s playing card or making a “hand”. 

Patients must present the physical cards when redeeming their prize. Valid for MA medical cardholders only. The final order total must exceed $0.01. Ace Weidman’s playing cards have no cash value. Patients can receive a maximum of 1 Ace Weidman’s playing card per day in conjunction with their qualifying order of $50+ that contains one or more Ace Weidman’s products. Playing cards cannot be shared or transferred between patients. Patients will not earn Ace cards on any Ace products they receive as part of a prize redemption. Rev reserves the right to alter the terms of this campaign at any time.

For patients that win a Royal Flush ($4 ¼ Lb. prize) – patient(s) can redeem a max of 4 x $1 Ounces per month; depending on their allotment, patient(s) may redeem 1 x $1 Oz. at a time but cannot redeem anything less than full ounce increments at any given time – patient(s) ounce redemption tracked via point-of-sale patient profile notes. This prize may be redeemed over several visits through 12/31/2023.

Limit of 1 x prize redemption per prize type per patient during the campaign.

The Joker card cannot be played as a “wild card”.

Redeeming a prize “hand” via online ordering or delivery:

  • Note your Ace Weidman’s “hand” in the special instructions section of your order when checking out. Please ensure to add the product prizes to your cart along with the note. 
  • The prize discount is then applied at checkout or when building the cart if delivery.

No purchase is necessary for alternative entry; fill out the below form with your contact details. On 3/31, Rev will use a random card generator to select 5 cards for each patient who has completed the form. Patients may enter the alternative entry form only once. Rev will email each alternative entry patient with their 5 randomly selected cards. If you make a hand, bring the email in with your 5-card selection to redeem your corresponding prize by 4/30. If you fill out the no purchase necessary form and also purchase Ace Weidman’s product(s) in March, then you will not receive the 5 randomly selected cards as you’ve already entered the campaign through purchasing.
