GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES

Between February 22nd – March 31st, Rev Clinics will place five Golden Tickets into our I am Edible Chocolate Bars being produced at our “Chocolate Factory” in Fitchburg MA. If you purchase a chocolate bar that contains one of these Golden Tickets, you will have won:

  • 5000 Rev Points, which equals a $250 credit for products at all Rev Clinics dispensaries (accessories excluded)
  • A tour of our “Chocolate Factory” production facility in Fitchburg, MA
  • Lunch with the rest of the winners and our Chocolate Chef.

A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SEE THE HOW TO ENTER SECTION BELOW THAT INCLUDES ALTERNATIVE ENTRY METHODS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE A PURCHASE. SEE THE PRIVACY POLICY SECTION BELOW REGARDING THE EFFECT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES HAS ON YOUR PRIVACY. 
ELIGIBILITY
  1. In order to enter the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes, all entrants must comply with the following:  
  2. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter or win; 
  3. Employees and family members of Revolutionary Clinics II, Inc., and its affiliates C D Services of America, LLC and Revolutionary Growers, LLC (collectively “Rev Clinics”) are ineligible to enter;  
  4. All entrants must have a valid Massachusetts issued medical marijuana card; 
  5. All entrants must comply with all laws and regulations promulgated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and any applicable local laws as well as all entrants must not be prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or consuming cannabis or cannabis-infused products; and 
  6. All entrants agree not to divert any cannabis and/or cannabis-infused products to any prohibited persons including, but not limited to, children and those under the age of 21. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis and consult your physician before consuming cannabis if pregnant or if you think you could be pregnant.
HOW TO ENTER
All entries must occur between 12:00:01 a.m., EST on Tuesday February 22nd, 2019 until 4:59:59 p.m. EST on Sunday March 31st, 2019 (“Contest Period”). The methods of entering the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes are as follows: 

  • Purchase an “I am edible” THC-infused chocolate bar (“Chocolate Bars”) from either one of Rev Clinics’ dispensaries (“Dispensaries”). Everyone that finds a Golden Ticket inside the wrapper of the Chocolate Bar is a winner!  
  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. You do not need to purchase Chocolate Bar to win. As set forth below, you may also enter the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes at the Dispensaries or by mail or email (“Alternative Entry”). Only one entry per person per day will be accepted for entry into the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes by Alternative Entry. The Alternative Entry method are set forth below: 
PRIVACY
When you enter email, text, website, or in person, you may be asked to consent to receive notification if you are a winner via email and texts sent to your cell phone as well as to inform you of upcoming promotions and information about Rev Clinics. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Rev Clinics (the “Privacy Policy”), which is available at http://www.revclinics.org/privacy-policy/. If you consent to receive texts, you may be sent texts even if your telephone number is registered with any state or federal do not call lists. At any time, you can opt out of receiving emails by emailing info@revclinics.org from your email address by putting “Remove” in the subject line or to reply to a Rev Clinics’ text with the word “STOP” to stop receiving texts messages from Rev Clinics in the future. Any information you submit as part of the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Unless prohibited by law, the entry and acceptance of the prize by a winner constitutes permission for Rev Clinics to use said winner’s names, photographs, likenesses, statements, biographical information, voices, and city on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, for promotional purposes without further compensation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Rev Clinics and its employees, officers, and managers from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or entry in the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation the tour of the Fitchburg Facility. Rev Clinics is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries. Rev Clinics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the sweepstakes. 
PRIZES
Each winner of the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes will receive:

  1. A tour of Rev Clinics’ chocolate factory, cultivation, and manufacturing facility in Fitchburg, Massachusetts (“Fitchburg Facility”); 
  2. Lunch with our chocolate maker;
  3. 5,000 loyalty points.  
  4. The Golden Tickets are not redeemable for cash; and 
  5. The retail value of each prize is approximately $250.00. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the winners.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE WINNERS
Each winner agrees to the following:

  • Each winner of the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes is responsible for their transportation to and from Rev Clinics’ Fitchburg Facility located at 1 Oak Hill Road in Fitchburg Massachusetts. 
  • The tour is scheduled for May 17th, 2019. We reserve the right to reschedule the tour to another date. 
  • The tour entails:  
    • Meet at the facility by 10:00 a.m., EST; 
    • A walking and educational tour of the facility. Photos will be prohibited except for one designated photo opportunity dictated by Rev Clinics’ staff;  
    • At or about noon we will go to lunch across the street from the factory; and 
    • All Golden Ticket Sweepstakes winners must: 
      • Bring a valid Massachusetts driver’s license; 
      • Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; 
      • You will not be granted access to the Fitchburg Facility if you are not dressed appropriately. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear; you will have to wear a hazmat suit and booties over your footwear to prevent the introduction of contaminants into the facility. Do not bring contaminants into the facility, including but not limited to bugs, mites, dust, mold, mildew, or anything else that could negatively impact the plants.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS
By participating in the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to allow Revolutionary Clinics or it’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and likeness, voice recording, video images and all related footage, and statements for Sweepstakes, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide, including but not limited to on television (including live television), radio, the Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
HOW WINNERS ARE SELECTED
  1. A minimum of Five (5) Golden Tickets will be randomly inserted under the wrappers of 5,000 “I am Edible” THC-infused chocolate bars (“Chocolate Bars”) that will be available for purchase in the Dispensaries during the Contest Period. The purchaser of a Chocolate Bar that contains a Golden Ticket will be a winner subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. The winner must present the winning ticket to an authorized Rev Clinics staff member for verification purposes.   
  2. All Alternative Entries will be by random drawing on April 20, 2019 between 5:00 p.m. EST and 8:00 p.m. EST that will contain the same 1 in 1,000 chance of winning as the purchasers of Chocolate Bars. The Alternative Entries will be assigned a random number and a Rev Clinics’ staff member will use the random number generator, www.Random.org to determine the winning numbers. The drawing will be captured on video and available on our website for authentication purposes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
  1. All Alternative Entry winners will be notified by one or more of the following; phone call, text message, email, or by USPS mail.  
  2. For purchasers that find a Golden Ticket under the wrapper of a Chocolate Bar must notify a staff member at a Dispensary and affirmatively consent to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules 
  3. Winners who fail to accept the prize, fail to comply with the Sweepstakes terms, fail to accept the prize in a reasonable time, or fail to comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified.
