What is the biggest misconception people have:

A lot of new patients have a lot of anxiety when first entering a dispensary since they generally expect a much more “sketchy” experience, when in reality the experience is more like going to an apple store and instead of having someone at the genius bar explain the difference between new i-Phones, you have a patient advocate to explain the differences between different strains of flower, vape cartridges, and other products.

What really makes your day:

Seeing how quickly a patient’s attitude can improve after you help them find something that makes them feel better.
