Rev Clinics in partnership with SpringBig has made it easier for you to receive ALL of our text messages. Please refer to the images below for the new way to receive our texts.

    1. If you do not have a smartphone that connects to a web browser I do not think you will be able to set up a PIN or access the Stashboard message. Unfortunately this change was out of our hands and a decision by SpringBig, our text platform. Cannabis content is constantly flagged by cell phone carriers and is undeliverable to a majority of people. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I was curious if any customer information is shared by 3rd parties or for their “marketing research”? For clarity, is this just for text messages or a new ordering platform? Will I be receiving texts from other companies(outside you folks)? If this is a new platform outside of Dutchie, it will be the 3rd I’ve seen…I’ve only been with Rev Somerville for a year. Will walk ins be a thing at Somerville soon with the state of emergency being dropped? Understand its out of your control and appreciate the heads up. I’m not upset but feel like there are always hoops to jump through where as the dispensary I used to go to in Salem really had none of this. It was walk-ins even with Coronavirus and they didn’t have an order ahead on-line setup until I left for your folks.

    1. Hi, thank you for your questions. The new updates to our text platform are different than the text messages you receive from Dutchie. Your information is never shared with third parties and you will not receive text messages outside of revs marketing messages. This is just another layer of our communication to be able to keep patients in the know of when we have specials or new happenings at the dispensary. As for your question pertaining to walkins, we have been accepting walk-ins at all of our locations for over a month now. You do not need to place a pre-order, you may just visit one of our locations. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. We appreciate you choosing Rev.
