REV’S Top 5 Most Frequently Asked Questions | Fall 2020 Edition

Let’s face it, friends, 2020 has been a year of unpredictability, uncertainty and all around uneasiness. In a world where things change on a daily basis, it’s easy to get overwhelmed but it can also be difficult to ask for help. One thing we’ve learned at Revolutionary Clinics is that for every patient who takes the time to call or email us a question, there are dozens more wondering the same thing. In the spirit of keeping all of our patients on the same page and answering questions you may not have time to ask, here are our 5 Most Frequently Asked Questions of 2020.

What are Revolutionary Clinics’ Delivery Zones

With all three of our dispensaries limited to pick-up only and many patients preferring to stay home as much as possible due to COVID-19, our delivery services have become very popular this year. We have drivers operating out of our Fresh Pond location in Cambridge as well as our Somerville store which enables us to deliver medical marijuana to all zip codes in the greater Boston area.

In the Metro West area, we love visiting our neighbors in Arlington, Belmont and Watertown and as far west as Waltham. From there, we can deliver to all the towns on the Boston side of Route 128 including Lexington, Woburn and Stoneham and then as far north as Reading and Lynnfield where 128 becomes 95. Moving on to the north shore, we can deliver medical marijuana as far north as Peabody so we can also stop in Salem, Marblehead, Swampscott and North Reading. Working our way back towards Boston, we can deliver to Saugus, Lynn and out to Nahant along with Revere, Chelsea and Winthrop.

So, despite our physical locations in Cambridge and Somerville, our delivery range is quite broad. To confirm whether or not we deliver to your city or town, please give us a call at 617-213-6006.

Can Revolutionary Clinics Ship Medicated Product?

Given the popularity of medical marijuana delivery in Massachusetts, you’d think having medicated cannabis products shipped to your door would be a piece of cake. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Presently, Massachusetts state law forbids the shipping of any cannabis product. In fact, when your friendly driver from Revolutionary Clinics delivers medical marijuana to your door, you have to be home to receive it. We can’t just leave it in your mailbox or on your doorstep. And really, given how important cannabis is to your physical and mental health, would you want us to simply leave it at your door and walk away? We didn’t think so. If you live outside our delivery zone, please place a medical marijuana order on our website and arrange a time to pick up at one of our convenient locations.

Is Revolutionary Clinics Recreational?

At Revolutionary Clinics, we’re looking forward to the day when we can serve recreational customers as well as our medical patients. It’s hard for us to say when we’ll receive approval from the cities of Cambridge and Somerville to sell recreational products, so in the meantime, we’re proud to be a medical dispensary. As a consumer, there are some significant advantages to being a medical marijuana patient. Best of all, the Massachusetts Initial Access Program makes it possible for new patients to receive their Massachusetts MMJ card and make their first medical marijuana purchase on the same day.

How can I check my rolling 60-day medical marijuana allotment?

Just because medical marijuana is legal doesn’t mean you can buy as much as you want. Here in Massachusetts, all medical marijuana patients are subject to a rolling limit of 10 ounces on medical marijuana purchases over a 60-day period. To ensure you have enough medicine over the course of each 60-day period, it’s important to know how much you’ve purchased and how many more ounces you have left. Here at Revolutionary Clinics, we are required by law to report every purchase each patient makes with the Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Online System. If you are a Revolutionary Clinics patient, all you have to do is CLICK HERE to create an account and track your 60-day allotment.

What sets Revolutionary Clinics apart from other medical marijuana dispensaries?

Despite the multiple challenges of COVID-19, becoming a Revolutionary Clinics customer has never been easier and our customer service has never been better. It all starts with acquiring your Massachusetts MMJ Card which you can do quickly and easily thanks to the Initial Access Program. From there, we encourage all new patients to set up an initial consultation with our Senior Wellness Consultant, Barbara Van Hoosen. Affectionately known as The Canna Mom, Barb treats every new patient like family. She’ll listen to all of your concerns, answer all your questions and help you make a decision you feel good about – whether you decide to become a Rev patient or not.

If you decide to work with us, subscribing to our e-newsletter will keep you up to date on every new product and our latest deals plus interesting news and advice you can use. When you’re ready to order your medicine, our easy to use website is here for you 24/7 with online chat available during business hours and a helpful patient advocate just a phone call away at the dispensary of your choice.  We look forward to the day when we can see all of our patients in person again at all of our dispensaries but thanks to technology and our same-day delivery services, our patients consistently tell us our service hasn’t missed a beat.

At Revolutionary Clinics, we’re here to make life for our patients as easy as possible – from the top-quality medical marijuana products we sell to the premium customer service and advice we pride ourselves on delivering every day. If you have any question, please don’t hesitate to fill out the form on our website or give us a call at 617-213-6006.
