How To

In light of the current situation please expect longer than normal delays with delivery due to an increased demand in orders. We are working hard to expand our delivery capabilities.

  • Make sure you are in the delivery zone (check FAQ below)
  • Delivery employees will no longer enter the residence of patients, all transactions must be made outdoors.  If a patient lives in an apartment complex they must come downstairs and outside to accept the delivery
  • Place your online order here
  • Modifications may need to be made due to inventory availability. The delivery team will call if products are unavailable to modify the order
  • Order minimum is $100 after all discounts and loyalty points to purchase product online
  • There is a small $10 Delivery Fee for orders under $200

*Deliveries can only be made to patients with active MMJ patient cards & government issued IDs
*Delivery address MUST match the address registered with your CCC patient or caregiver profile
*You must be able to meet at the front door of your home/building to receive your delivery.

Where do you deliver?

*We can only deliver to the address that you registered with Cannabis Control Commission when you created your MMJ profile.
We currently deliver to the following cities: Acton, Andover, Arlington, Ashland, Bedford, Belmont, Beverly, Boston, Boxborough, Braintree, Brookline, Burlington, Cambridge, Canton, Carlisle, Charlestown, Chelmsford, Chelsea, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dover, Everett, Framingham, Hamilton, Haverhill, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Lowell, Lynn, Lynnfield, Malden, Marblehead, Maynard, Medford, Melrose, Methuen, Middleton, Milton, Nahant, Natick, Needham, Newton, North Andover, North Reading, Norwood, Peabody, Quincy, Randolph, Reading, Revere, Roxbury, Salem, Saugus, Sherborn, Somerville, Stoneham, Stow, Sudbury, Swampscott, Topsfield, Watertown, Waltham, Wakefield, Wayland, Wellesley, Wenham, Westford, Weston, Westwood, Wilmington, Winchester, Winthrop and Woburn.

What do I need to do to place an order online?
Check out our online menu portal. Make sure to include your patient number in your profile. Once your order is placed we will contact you for an ideal drop-off time.
How do I pay for my medication once I place an order for delivery?
Currently we can only accept payments at the point of delivery in Cash or Debit Card. We cannot accept payment via Credit Card.
Is there a delivery Fee?
Yes, there is a small $10 delivery fee for orders below $200
Is there a minimum for delivery orders?
A minimum purchase for delivery is $100 after all discounts and loyalty points. If you place an order over $200, the delivery fee is waived.
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
Now patients can schedule their own drop off time. We are available for same day or next day delivery depending on demand of any given day.
How do promotional discounts apply to my delivery order?
Group discounts (senior, veteran, etc) won’t be reflected in the price total of your initial order for delivery through the ordering platform. All applicable discounts will be applied after the order is submitted and will be reflected on the transaction receipt. Loyalty points will be use to round all orders off to the nearest $5 increment. If you wish to use additional loyalty points that have been accumulated, mention it in the comments.
*Limited time promotional discounts only apply on the day of the actual delivery. If a promotional offer is live on the day of the order, but ended on the day of the delivery, that promotional discount will not be applied to your delivery order that day.
